OLGA RYBACHUK
Olga has over 17 years of experience in managing finance, corporate risks and banking relationships in various industries. She joined Elementum Energy as the CFO and was in charge of finance management, financial reporting and process building. Since early 2022, she has been leading the company. Olga earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.

IVANNA SHKODA
Ivanna joined Elementum Energy in October 2024. Ivanna has over 15 years of experience in finance, including in financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls. As Elementum Energy’s CFO, Ivanna is in charge of finance management, financial reporting and process building. Ivanna finished Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and earning both bachelor`s and master's degrees there. Ivanna continues education at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School
Chief Technical Officer
OLEKSANDR MAKHLAICHUK
Oleksandr has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector. He started his career as a certified electric engineer. He is responsible for technical maintenance and operational management of power plants, occupational safety and health protection and engineering support of new projects. Oleksandr earned a Specialist Degree in Power Economy from Tavria State Agrotechnological Academy in 2005 and gained an electrical technician qualification in 2001.

MAKSYM ARTEMENKO
Maksym joined Elementum Energy in June 2022. Maxim has 14 years of experience in investment management and corporate finance. Mr. Artemenko is responsible for the corporate strategy design and the company development. He coordinates new projects and development of the business model and explores advanced technologies and products in the renewable energy sector. Maksym earned a Master’s Degree in Economic Cybernetics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
General Counsel
VICTORIA PYSMENNA
Victoria has over 10 years of experience as a legal practitioner and сorporate сounsel. As a General Counsel, she is responsible for the corporate legal function, compliance and regulatory matters. Victoria earned a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Law from the National University Odesa Law Academy and a L.L.M in Commercial and International Law from the University of Buckingham (the UK).
Commercial Director
ROMAN VOLOSHENIUK
With more than 15 years of experience in various roles related to the electricity market and trading, Roman Volosheniuk joined Elementum Energy team as the Chief Commercial Officer to oversee adapting renewable energy projects to the market-based sale. Roman graduated from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, where he obtained a degree of energy management, and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (finance).

Richard Deitz
Richard is the Founder and President of VR Capital Group and a Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Elementum Energy He is based in London and leads the investment activities of the firm. A seasoned investor with deep experience in emerging markets, Richard previously was a co-founder and Partner at emerging markets investment bank, Renaissance Capital, where he served as Head of Fixed Income Trading. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse. He graduated from Yale University, magna cum laude, in June 1987, with dual B.A. degrees in history and economics.
Martin Mojžiš
Martin Mojžiš is a Director at Elementum Energy and VR`s Head Investment Counsel and joined Elementum Energy in 2022. Mr. Mojžiš is based in London and primarily focuses on investment-related legal and transactional matters. Mr. Mojžiš had previously been seconded to VR Capital Group from White & Case, where he was a senior associate in their London Capital Markets Group focusing on debt and equity capital markets transactions, restructurings and liability management transactions. He completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Law at Comenius University in his native Slovakia, an LL.B. (Honors) from the University of London in 2011 and an M.Sc. in law and accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012.
Emile du Toit
Emile is a member of the Board of directors at Elementum Energy and the Chief Financial Officer of VR Capital Group which he joined in June 2007. He is based in London and leads VR’s accounting, finance and audit functions. Prior to being named CFO in January 2014, he served as Finance Manager. He also worked in South Africa at Nedbank (2003-2005) as a Group Financial Accountant and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the audit group (1998-2002). He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in accounting from the University of South Africa in 2005 and qualified as a CPA (SA) in 2006.
